Daida Ruano Moreno wins at6 the
Freestyle Grand Prix in Fuerteventura. It was the second Grand Prix of
the season and second victory for Daida. Two of two who can beat that?

A wish of Daida: take my parents and
brothers to Hawaii.
A wish of THE Magazine: Her Mum won't
see this falling. |

It's
that time of year when windsurf racing action takes off as the Weymouth
and Portland Sailing Academy once again host the Volvo RYA Youth and RYA
UKWA Masters' Championships on 28 & 29 September.
Weymouth
has been the venue for this family event attracting youth, master and
veteran sailors since its introduction. The Academy provides the perfect
venue with superb facilities and this year they have the addition of a new
accommodation block which is very reasonably priced.
Volvo have been the sponsors of the Youth Championships for
the last three consecutive years and we are pleased to welcome then back
once again. Such sponsorship is greatly appreciated by RYA Windsurfing,
enabling us to offer reduced entry fees, exclusive prizes and a free BBQ
and entertainment for all competitors on the Saturday evening.
